I conceptualize my workshops and retreats following neuro-didactic principles and laws of multimedia learning. Only in this way can we avoid so-called ‘Zoom fatigue’ (i.e. rapid exhaustion of participants in online learning environments). Thus, the formats I offer are designed to be engaging, ensure sustainable results and offer the best possible equivalent to face-to-face team interactions.
