Leadership Development Programs (LDPs)

I have developed a series of successful (online) LDPs that promote peer-to-peer learning and collaboration in different organizations. I combine theory with explorations of current discourse in managerial literature and practice, supplemented by case studies. If desired, I am also happy to include cases from participants in the agenda. This interactive approach ensures that participants can easily transfer their knowledge they gain to their everyday work.

Participants are thus invited to discover success factors for good leadership, empowered to handle their areas of responsibility and equipped to tackle unique managerial challenges. This space is also designed to encourage reflection and allow individuals to develop their leadership styles further. I work with established leadership methods, respond to participants’ individual needs and approach them as sparring partners.

My online leadership trainings present themselves to a limited number of participants as interactive learning events. We meet in a virtual seminar room. Not only do I transfer the latest knowledge to participants in my seminars, but I encourage them to develop their competencies and skills further in interactive sessions and peer groups. This distinguishes my program from your typical leadership webinars (which, more often than not, fail to focus on the learning process).

The participants are encouraged to discuss, experiment and interact with each other. The result is a fluid learning process that everyone present helps to shape and design. I conceptualize my trainings and seminars following neuro-didactic principles and laws of multimedia learning. Only in this way can we avoid so-called ‘Zoom fatigue’ (i.e. rapid exhaustion of participants in online learning environments). The result is an enjoyable experience with tangible and sustainable outcomes.
