Leadership development programs (LDPs)
I have designed a series of successful LDPs for face-to-face and online events that promote peer-to-peer learning and collaboration across organizations.
I combine models established in theory and practice with an exploration of the current discourse in management literature and practice, supplemented by case studies.
If desired, I am also happy to include use cases from participants in the agenda. This interactive approach ensures that participants can easily transfer their knowledge they gain to their day-to-day work.
Participants are invited to discover success factors for good leadership that enable them to manage their areas of responsibility and to master particular leadership challenges. This space should encourage reflection and give individuals the opportunity to further develop their leadership style.
I work with proven leadership methods, respond to the individual needs of the participants and meet them as a sparring partner – sometimes in the role of trainer, sometimes as a coach or consultant.
I also offer all LDPs live online.
My online leadership training courses take place with a very limited number of participants as interactive learning events. We meet in a virtual seminar room. Here, I not only provide participants with the latest knowledge, but also encourage them to further develop their competencies and skills in interactive sessions with their colleagues or in peer groups. This sets my program apart from your typical leadership webinars, are very input-based, neglecting the individual learning process.
Participants are encouraged to discuss, experiment and interact with each other. The result is a flowing learning process in which everyone actively participates. I design my training courses and seminars according to neuro-didactic principles and the laws of multimedia learning. This is the only way to avoid so-called “zoom fatigue” (i.e. the rapid exhaustion of participants in online learning environments). The result is an enjoyable experience with tangible and lasting results.
