Hello, I’m Ina Brandi.
I am a highly engaged and experienced Executive Coach and Consultant for Strategy, Leadership, Organizational Development, and Change. I love supporting leaders, teams and organizations on their paths to successfully shaping and implementing their desirable futures.
The world is undergoing profound change. Are you ready to harness the opportunities that lie ahead? What challenges do you need to overcome?
Do you know how you want your business model and ways of working to look 1, 2 or 5 years from now? Have you considered how you are going to compete as an agile and resilient organization in times of digitization, artificial intelligence (AI), climate change, global crises, and societal shifts? Is the work experience you created yesterday designed to attract the promising talents of tomorrow? What thought models, routines and systems do you use to foster leadership, self-organization and collaboration in your workplace?
Today’s realities in organizations are rapidly changing priorities, a shortage of skilled staff and a tendency to overload. How do you manage to stay focused, let go of the less relevant and create space for important, long-term adjustments?
Vital questions, exciting times.
As your consultant, coach and/or sparring partner, I can help you clarify and find solustions for these key topics. Whether from A to Z or simply on individual aspects.
My services
In the following organizations, I have successfully supported executives and teams dealing with these and other matters
About Ina Brandi
My Expertise “Life Long Learner”
As an expert in leadership, strategy, change and organizational design, I bring my broad experience and sound methodological background to the table to address your challenges. Depending on my clients’ requirements, I draw on proven approaches from strategy consulting, systemic organizational consulting, coaching or innovative, agile methods and continuously develop my own approaches.
My Role as your Consultant
“Start with the End in View”
Every organization has its own challenges, and while there are a number of tools, there are no standard approaches or silver bullets. Together with my clients, I focus on successful implementation right from the early stages of strategy development and strategic planning.
Slide decks are not the answer, they might help with structuring and communication. As your consultant, I ensure that during the strategy process all relevant questions are raised and the most important perspectives are gathered.
This way, your team creates a shared picture of the market, the internal environment and the potential of your own organization. In an iterative process, we identify levers for the successful strategic development of the organization and establish a shared commitment to successful decision-making and action.
In order to implement strategy, vision and change projects in organizations more quickly, smoothly and purposefully – or to translate them effectively for individual areas – I am often asked for implementation support.
Like several of my clients, I am a fan of metrics such as OKR (Objectives & Key Results), BSC (Balanced Scorecard), KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to effectively operationalize vision, goals and strategies into result-oriented measures that are easy to track.
If a change process involves the mobilization of individual teams or entire organizations, I design tailor-made change management concepts or even entire transformation programs in close cooperation with my clients.
The aim here is to create orientation and clarity, make implementation as swift as possible, maintain momentum, make necessary adjustments, reduce overall friction and ultimately anchor the changes in the organization in the long term.
On many occasions, new leadership or management practices, and improved internal collaboration have emerged as “by-products” of successful change processes.
My consulting projects usually take place in the DACH region or in Europe, but have also taken me to the USA and China – virtually and/or physically. Depending on the size and location of the project, I work together with other consultants from my network.
My Role as your Executive Coach and Sparring Partner
“What brought you here won’t get you there” (M. Goldsmith)
As a manager, you are constantly faced with new challenges and changes that you have to shape not only for your organization but also for yourself. Constant changes, that’s what makes the job of a leader so exciting. But also challenging.
As your coach and sparring partner, I support you in a protected environment. The aim is to reflect on one’s own “playing field”, one’s own views and one’s own actions and to adapt them to the respective requirements.
Such a development process in coaching is sometimes similar to other growth and development processes. By constantly trying out new things and “training incentives”, as in sport, coaching can also make managers “fitter” overall. In other words, more resilient and agile beyond individual, concrete solutions, so that executives can deal with challenging situations more confidently overall.
Some clients come to me for a specific subject. Others seek coaching on varying topics over longer periods of time. In some situations, certain coaching approaches are the right choice. In other cases, it is important for the client to have a trustworthy sparring partner at eye level with whom they can for example work through various scenarios.
Over the past 15 years, I have completed various internationally accredited coaching training courses, which I value for their different approaches. I use one or the other method depending on the situation. In my many years of coaching practice, I have successfully supported over a hundred managers in individual coaching sessions and in group contexts in their further development as leaders and as a leadership team.
My clients
My extensive client list includes established international corporations, mid-sized companies, governmental organizations, public companies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and start-ups.
Moreover, I offer special consulting and coaching packages for small companies and self-employed people in the arts and culture sector.
I work in English and German.
“I help managers build and develop resilient and innovative organizations that individuals and teams can identify with and enjoy to contributing to.”
